MQ Open Forum: Creating Satisfaction and Living Into Values in Retirement

About the Webinar

“Retirement planning” broadly encompasses pre-retirement, early-retirement, and later-retirement aspects. In this MQ Open Forum, we’ll talk about how you can help your clients intentionally design lives of contentment, not complacency, in each phase.

This webinar is an excellent fit if you feel ready to take a deeper dive into the conversations you’re having around satisfaction and values. Discovery and motivation for growth don’t stop just because a person retires. In fact, the whiteboard that comes with retirement has the potential to be one of the most empowering chapters of life.

Together, we’ll discuss ideas to help your retiring/retired clients cultivate life satisfaction and create opportunities to reevaluate foundational values. We’ll also touch on how those values impact the way your clients spend their resources (time, energy, and money).

Our MQ Open Forum webinars bring collaborative discussions to the virtual meeting space. Each session will focus on a particular topic and highlight the pertinent
practical/emotional aspects of client relationships and processes. The format for each Open Forum will be similar:

• 20 minutes: We will begin with a brief introduction to the topic and share the MQ
  Perspective
• 20 minutes: We will provide a handful of questions before moving into small group
  breakouts, allowing you to discuss the topic, learning with and from others
• 20 minutes: We will reconvene as a large group to share the key takeaways
