2025 MQ Gathering Was a Success: Thanks to You!

Advisors from across the country gathered in Minneapolis this month for the 2025 MQ Gathering; three days of deep thinking, real conversation, and meaningful connection.

Together, we explored how to navigate the complexity of a VUCA world: one that’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous, and how to show up as steady guides for our clients in the midst of it. Through collaborative discussions and immersive exercises, we reflected on what it means to support not just financial goals, but emotional and psychological well-being during times of disruption.

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Gathering such a thoughtful, energizing experience. We hope you left feeling grounded, recharged, and reconnected to your purpose.
